Dr. Ben Bergman is a physician and entrepreneur; he founded HyperFog in 2020 with the goal of revolutionizing the process for cleaning of fleets of vehicles and travel spaces. He studied medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine following a BA at Cornell University, with medical training in New York, Boston, and Providence. He has built a unique network of talent to grow HyperFog.

Juan is the founder of two startups, and a consultant, advisor, and speaker. He is a recognized professional in continual pursuit of excellence through innovation, focusing lately on products pioneering in the Cloud, SaaS, IoT, AI, and Robotics spaces. Juan has an impressive track record in the industry. Together with his teams he created, developed, managed, and launched to market more than a dozen successful products, including OpenShift, SafetySuite,TeamLearning, Community Enterprise, Microsoft Online Services, and many others.
Either as Product Manager or LOB Leader in the corporate world, or as Founder/Chief Product Officer/Consultant in the startup space, his field of action encompasses the 360 degrees of a product offering, ranging from opportunity assessment, market research, business case, business model, financial models, concept design, technical feasibility research, functional/technical specification, functional/technical/industrial design, development, program/team management, MarComm, launch, and pre/post sales processes.
He holds a Computer Science degree and an Industrial Design degree from Buenos Aires University.

George Newcombe joined HyperFog in 2020 for business consulting. Mr. Newcombe works with startup companies to help them grow and thrive. He has served in an advisory capacity, as a board member and an investor for companies in diverse fields, including artificial intelligence, security, medical diagnostics, and immune therapy cancer treatment. For most of his career, Mr. Newcombe was a partner in the law firm of Simpson
Thacher & Bartlett LLC, where he founded its Palo Alto, CA office in 1999. From then until his retirement in 2012, Mr. Newcombe represented numerous companies in Silicon Valley in intellectual property, securities and commercial litigation as well as conducting a number of
independent investigations for boards of directors. Mr. Newcombe received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and his law degree from Columbia University School of Law. Mr. Newcombe also served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Public Health Service. Mr. Newcombe is a member of the American Law
Institute and serves on its Development Committee. Mr. Newcombe also serves on the Board of Visitors of the New Jersey Institute of Technology and the Dean’s Council of Columbia Law School.
Having joined us in 2020, Ohad advises us in IOT and strategy. Ohad is a proven entrepreneur having
overseen the launch of innovative new technology- driven products from ideation to scale. He brings a repeatable process for finding growth and creating entrepreneurial new initiatives within large enterprises by implementing repeatable processes. Previously as VP of Mobility & Future Ventures for Avis Budget Group, he created new businesses that deploy and support the shared, electric or autonomous fleets of tomorrow and transformed Avis Budget Group from a rental to a mobility brand. As Director of Consumer IoT at Verizon, Ohad owned the consumer IoT portfolio and led key projects in natural and contextual user interfaces.
Ohad was the co-founder and product lead for the wemo brand, a pioneering connected smart home/connected consumer platform, which was launched out of a corporate new venture group that he led at Belkin. Ohad is an active board advisor for mobility and IoT companies including Autofleet, Kyte, Home365 and MyPlanet. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor’s of Science in Operations Research from Cornell University
Natasha Kaiser joined HyperFog in 2020 as a Strategy and Marketing Advisor. Natasha is the Owner and CEO of Beech Street Consulting, Inc., a brand and business consultancy focused on building unique, customer-driven innovation and marketing strategies. With over 20 years of brand-building and acquisition experience, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge in the new product development space, focused on truly understanding the needs of the customer base and delivering solutions to meet those needs in a distinct and ownable way for the long term. Natasha holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She earned her BBA in Accounting at the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.
